Yeah no-kidding, she even has the ability to walk on water. (this fast growth probably has something to do with focalor’s body, and her personality that resides with furina: as focalor herself put it “that must’ve been the reason egeria chose me.” Her potential was great, even before gaining divinity, so imagine what she can do now that she is unchained.)

I have always doubted why Furina's burst felt visually a bit underwhelming... Then I knew that she only uses a vision- not a gnosis.

Pretty sure none of the archons actively use their gnosis, their overall power doesn't really come from them, even before obtaining a gnosis they're extremely powerful. Best example is raiden who doesn't even hold her gnosis

Gnosis/vision is not the problem here.. Raiden Ei even didnt use both of them still had good visual.. furina good visual is in part of your entire screen that she doesnt show on character move set (for me her charge attack is the coolest part from her)

i couldnt believe we got 5 archons already...only two more left but i also cant wait for the other powerful group of characters like hexenkel, the soverign dragons, the celestia, the harbinger and of course if possible all the other descenders.

People get so weird when discussing Furina is the archon of hydro….she is and in a sense will always be. She and Focalors are one🙄. Hating her or degrading her is so disgusting.

I think I get why Ei’s burst was made simple compared to the other archons. I mean, just look at those bright, galaxy-like slashes she does, if they were to make those even larger/grander, I don’t think our screen and eyes can take it. Plus, I actually love that her slashes immediately disappear after she does so, just like how lightning flashes momentarily in the sky.

Despite Furina's burst looking amazing (one of my fav), I don't think that even she stands a chance with the power emanating from the figure of Zhongli just standing there while a meteor is taking care of the enemies unlucky enough to stand in front of him.

@@May_071 im sorry you dont understand what a technicality is. Neuvillette isnt a archon, no. But his authority over hydro and at this point in a sense over fontaine, is that of a Archon, since the Archon authorities are just stolen from the Sovereign. So on a techincal level, Neuvillette is of the same status, both power and authoritywise as Raiden is as the electro Archon. Therefore, its not directly wrong to count Neuvillette in here as a technicality. There, i hope the lesson on what the word technically means was helpful.

No. Obviously spoiling stuff here but. The seat of archon of hydro is no more. There have only been and will only be 2, most likely. Neuvillette is Hydro Sovereign. Perhaps comparable, power wise, but different. Gnosis and seat of archon are now confirmed to be different. The hydro gnosis still exists. But it's also apparent that Ei doesn't need a gnosis to be an archon still. Also, we don't really know what is going on with Zhongli's archon seat, as he's retired. For now, we can assume it lies vacant. But if the HP will allow that to continue is a different matter.

Well, the closest to a hydro archon we can have right now is Neuvillette, but a dragon is far superior than the former. Archons I think are the ones who won the archon war, which means it's a title granted and thus are not relied on the possession of gnosis. At least that's what I think.
