Now Miller has opened up his Universe there's literally no end to these movies(and that's good). A Dementus origin story? An Immortan Joe origin story?.....how good men go bad etc.Maybe a 70 year old Mel gibson will turn up in a "what happened to max" story. These movies are basically westerns with apocalyptic psychos in cars replacing Indians.

Honestly Joe should totally get his own project, if you haven’t read the vertigo prelude comic I highly recommend it, especially before Furiosa, it’s pretty inexpensive on Amazon these days.

Yes, you can fill the gaps reading the collection novel "Fury Road", edited by Vertigo. It's a comics, and tells the story between Thunder Dome and Fury Road saga. You will find how Immortan Joe got in power, the whereabouts of Max R., and much more. There's an entire universe, very detailed depicted.

The whole point is that they have the resources to spare, Gastown is a reclaimed oil refinery that is surrounded by countless smaller oil refining camps that fuel the triumvirate’s respective armadas. They are very aware of their dominant position in the wasteland’s hierarchy and take every opportunity to flaunt their access to precious resources.

How fuel efficient is any military? Winning is the aim. If you choose to drive at 40 and conserve your ammo your supplies will last longer, but if your enemy attacks you at 100 with all guns blazing you will get caught , killed and your conserved resources will be stolen. In a dog eat dog world the fastest and most powerful will dominate the slow conservationist.

Yes, the chariot is ridiculous. That’s the point. If a man is prideful enough, he’ll put in the effort to look badass at the expense of his crew. Dementus is shown repeatedly that he’s an inept leader. Plus they literally have a guy that possesses a huge variety of knowledge.

This is a spin off centered on Furiosa's past, and gets along with what was intended to be. Max makes a quick cammeo, glueing together the different movies. Nobody has complained with CGI insofar. Don't watch the movie if you don't like the franchise, nobody's pointing a knife at your throat.

Beyond Thunderdome was 39 years ago and Road Warrior was 43 years ago. Mel Gibson was great in those first three movies, but he is in his late 60s now. Get over it. George Miller wanted to do this story, and it’s a great movie.
