I'm a photographer and a fisherman. That was definitely not the ideal spot for a photo shoot. Lots of better places close by.

I have dealt with these whack jobs for years and years ,they think that when get there everyone else should move out of their way. Beach Royalty!

Think best to just move on. I feel this will all blow over. I know you were shaken and distracted and you have done all you can do. True fishermen understand this. I’m fed up with swimmers who come out after you are already in your place fishing and swim into your lines and act innocent and mad if you caution them about swimming into your lines.

I usually just smile and say "Yes, Karen...thank you, Karen..." and go about my way. They HATE when you smile at them! Stay Safe!

If she keeps attacking you on social media , I believe you have legal recourse. She is cause harm to you and your business and Reputation.

All she had to do is wait 5 minutes and y’all would clear. I fish mostly outer banks NC and we also have to deal with the same type people setting up beside us and blaming us for being in the way of them playing on the beach. One time I had to reel in my spread because some young kids were getting to close to my lines and the parents had no clue to anything that was going on.

I dont think she will but you should educate her by inviting her on a trip and let her fight a fish or even and i hate to say it book a photo shot with her of a fishing trip that way she can understand the risks of just standing in one spot while having a fish on moving down the beach.

You guys were in the right. Does Florida have any kind of fisherman harassment laws? Because if that would have happened up here in Michigan, she could have been facing up to a $500 fine and possibly faced up to 90 days in jail for the way she was treating you and your clients. If you don't have laws like that down there, maybe you and the other sports men and women in the State of Florida should look into getting something like that on the books. That way when someone like her does that to someone else, something can be done about it. Anyway, love the videos, so keep up the great work. :)

She’s just delusional! They came after while you were fighting a fish and set up in between your stuff and where you guys were😂😂. Like the beach was fairly empty she should blame herself for having 0 awareness. Could you imagine if she just walked over, explained that she was trying to take photos and just waited until you guys landed the shark? But networking snd communicating with another business owner who could give you clients would make too much sense! 😂

An intelligent person would have realized the potential for conflict when they arrived at the beach, choosing to move farther down. Apparently she did not and it says a lot.

Its unfortunate that it got out of hand after the fact. Stalking pages, screen shots, her word vs yours all the way to a possibly viral video on KZfaq. I know your bothered because she was giving you a bad rep. But honestly dude, who cares what she thinks or her friends. The way Florida has been changing its coastal rules, private vs public beaches. Altercations like this being pushed onto the internet are not going to be in favor of the fishermen. Its sad but true. I do not in anyway shape or form think you were in the wrong. I just wish people would let stuff go and move on. Karma is real and i would have left it at that.
