I know alot of people might be getting grossed out by furious eating all those testicles, stomachs, and intestines, but thats how meat should be eaten. In america our culture is so accustomed to eating the muscle of the animal, while other parts are often thrown away. yes, the trimmings are used, but the organs like the heart, stomach, diaphragm are tossed. Alot of these parts are edible and contain many nutrients that are hard to get from other sources. I think eating the other parts of animals is not only just sustainable, but acts as another source of protein, and possibly new culinary possibilities.

Indeed we are spoiled by a mass produced meat market. We have always eaten what we felt are the best parts. It is different elsewhere where meat is more expensive.

Omg go to Hong Kong now! There's a curry chicken restaurant and it's super big, if you finish it all it's free! The fastest time finished is currently 12 minutes!
