I think the thing I love about Rocket the most, is the fact that he's so supportive of you? Even during filming, he noticed you were painting off-camera and he proceeded to gently remind you by saying, "Did you want to film your...?" That little gesture is just so **chef's kiss**

love the chill vibes; sketching outside is sooo good to get creativity flowing but also to relax ! I was going to ask if you had any kids approach you at the park, haha glad you mentioned that! Sometimes I go out to sketch and I get approached by curious people (both kids and adults!) that are wondering what I'm up to 💖😂

I don’t know why but this video is one of my favorite. The mood… the drawing… your relationship with rocket. Everything is sweet and peacefull … it’s so fresh air. Great vibes. Love love love this video!! I’m happy to see that the supplies are bringing you joy and are going on adventures, I just sent you all the stuff I usually carry in my handbag! I may be biased because I’m a big lover of life drawing and letting watercolours bleed, but I think the drawing of Rocket is my favourite out of them all. It has a lot going on and it’s not something we’d usually see from you, and I think there’s a charm to going outside of your comfort zone Also adore the colour combo of the tree painting, you’ve gotta let me know which colours it was so I can steal it haha!

I like the contrast that those little details bring to your painting of the trees. It makes the simplicity of those shapes more beautiful. My fave was also the girl with the star in her palm. What was the multi-coloured pencil, and the ink brush/pen you used for that?

If you're nervy, maybe try a park when no ones there! Generally only kids come up to ask questions :-) oh and if you put headphones in maybe you'll feel less nervous? It's nice :-)

The cobalt is orgasmic. That is all. Ohnnon. Wait there's more. I purchased Caran d’Ache coloured pencils years back expecting the crumbly texture similar to your Faber-Castells polychromos but quite the opposite (and disappointment as they were $$). But the Caran d’Ache pastels in your drawing adventure however. On camera they appear similar in texture to regular coloured pencils just thicker, like your Faber-Castells. Hmm maybe the film giving me illusions or FOMO. But I've grown to love my d’Ache (though I still went out to buy $150 worth of Faber’s in the end cuz Officeworks only sold them as individual colours $3 each🙄). So moral of the story, that blue is so potent! It's luscious 🤩

I used to live in Hawaii and now I live near DC in the US and the Asian food is so sad here so I now I order all my non americanized ingredients and cook it all at home.😂
