25:30 it says acute angle though. When you find theta, you get cos^-1(-4/5) = 143.1301.... °. That's an obtuse angle. Would you do 180 - 143.1301... = 36.869...° since this is an acute angle. The angle 143° would be for the angle between PA and L1 not AP and L2. So would the answrt be 36.9°???

yes, but you'd use a CAST diagram to find the value in the S quadrant (0.8). So that would give the arccos as 36.9 but it wants the cosine of theta so we leave it as 0.8 :)
