I got a free sample when I ordered two shirts, the packet was 17g so I used 8 grams on my arm day and 9 grams on my leg day, so technically it was half a scoop per workout and hot shit it was way more than perfect, perfect amount of energy, perfect amount of focus, and a perfect pump

I swear Evan has to the healthiest Bodybuilder! I love the way he eats and watches out for products and foods! I just wish he would train better since he know... messed himself up... I mean going heavy to me is just pointless. My legs were their biggest when I focused on high reps and volume.

Animal Thank you for replying I love your products.I just don't like useless fillers and I love the Animal Pak except magnesium oxide, and zinc oxide is completely useless and not bioavailable other than that it's a great product. “Hefty doses” then lists barely clinical dose of citrulline maleate, tyrosine, bcaas, caffeine and an under dose of beta Aline. I love Evan for sure but he could have picked much better verbiage.
