Install the tire, air up and re-measure.

@@Powerstrokepat I just installed my 40x13.50R17 on my Hmmwv and they are pretty damn close to the advertised 39.8. They ride like a cloud being MT tires.

Just wait until you go buy a 2x4 at HomeDepot or Lowe's. 🙂 Now, did you pay attention to know that the industry of tire sales says for measurements, their basis begins with the tire mounted and aired up, as well as the particular Width of rim for the basis? I get fully what you're saying, but you also have to be sure you are at the same starting basis they say.

Measurments come from the tire being aired up not the way your measuring 👍🏻

Tires are actually not true to size like I stated in video. Aired up or not they are not true to the listed size.

@@Powerstrokepat instead of looking for an excuse to how you measured your tire incorrectly. You should head someones advice on how to properly measure a tire and how those numbers printed on them come to be. I never stated tires are not always true to size. I simply stated you measured it wrong. Do what you want. I was trying to help you out in a polite manner.

@@Powerstrokepat my feelings are not hurt. Your information is incorrect. I too have the hunter fury’s and they measure true to size on the wheel aired up. So your video of saying not true too size is simply incorrect. Don’t assume someone’s feelings are hurt because you can’t seem to understand what me and a few others have said. Not even sure why I’m trying to inform you. If you know you know. Information is bogus and you assume I’m butt hurt 😂😂😂. Check yourself 🤡
