Hi Spence, bit of a weird comment and will probably get lost in the comments but I will say it anyway. Possibly due to fatigue but with your push ups and plank your hips and lower back tended to dip. Hard to tell on a screen whether it's Hip Flexor tightness or lack of Transversus Abdominus activation. May not cause you problems now but could start having back pain in the coming years. Might be worth looking into. Just an observation from an Australian physio friend!

Everything is better with a spreadsheet filled with statistics. Got loads of my PC from year long FIFA leagues I used to played with my housemates at uni!

Hi spencer, I just wanted to let you know you have inspired me to get active again with this video and especially your 100 days of fitness that I followed, I sustained a very bad injury to my ankle about 18 months ago where all my ligaments were damaged when I was in peak physical fitness and was very happy with how I was but since then I have got very lazy and have fallen out of love with the sport I sustained the injury in, however because of your videos you have inspired me to do my own 100 days of fitness to get me back to where I am happy with my physical condition again and hopefully playing sport again, just want to say thank you for creating these videos and keep doing what you're doing, love the content

How can you exercise with a hat on? If i wore my hat during exercise it would've filled up with sweat within 5 minutes. I admire you for many reason Spencer, but your ability to not sweat is right up there.
