Thats a pretty cool Chuck E! It actually looks like a mix between the 1977 Portrait Chuck and the 1980's Balcony Chuck bot.

I don’t think he has a body lean this is an original mech from Chuck E. Cheese he has so there is no way he could have a body lean I think it is just the position of the head
