You know... many of these artists are on Bandcam _selling_ their albums and tracks... I know it's incredible thought, and quite radical as well, but maybe... just maybe you could... you know... support them by purchasing their tracks or albums on Bandcamp? I mean... they did put effort into creating something you enjoy... maybe they'd do more and better stuff if someone thought that "hey... i like this stuff, please make more and here's some money so you can create music instead of going to your 9to5 job every day"

I think the popularity of this music genre is growing because I just heard a playlist of this on a online stream of a French-Canadian FM station. The station was CISM 89.3 and the show was Infinibit. I am not French nor am I Canadian so the only word the Dj said that I could understand was "Future Funk."

18:30 Heh, what is wrong with me? I can't remember what I ate for breakfast yesterday, Yet, I can remember a three minute animated short drawn up for a video collage back in the 80's! I'm sorry, but I have to get this out of my system. The project is called "Robot Carnival" , If i remember right this short was called stardust, or something to that effect. There was no dialog, but was an exercise in special effects and animating techniques and camera angles.

The future funk vibes save the quarantine day. Love this type of music. It is like a Japanese-samples revival of late-90s/early 00s french house (Daft Punk and the like), which itself was a sampled housey revival of American 70s/80s disco and funk.
