The Deportivo Alaves project that you show is the one from 2016 that was discarded, years later... I think that around 2019, another project came to light, with a capacity for just over 27,000 people and with an aspect more similar to the current stadiums of Real Sociedad or Atletico de Madrid, I will provide you with a link below in which the plan appears and some images of the exterior and interior of the project of which I speak (an image is from your video project to put it in context, of course).
