Now i would like to say a few words about my tomorrow schedule I will wake up tomorrow morning at 5 I will go to walk for one hour then, I will return to home I will do the brush I will take shower I will get ready by 7.30am I will have breakfast at 8am I will watch news till 8:30am I will go to office at 9am I will prepare to do list and start the daily activities at office I will have green tea at 10am I will attend the meeting 11am I will have lunch at 1pm again I will start my daily activities I will have buttermilk at 4pm I will finish my activities by 6pm I will come back to home by 6:30pm I will do exercise I will take shower I will chit chat with family members I will play with my kids I will watch tv for sometime We will have dinner at 9pm We will go to bed😊

Day 1 challange : I woked up in the mrng 10'0clock and I breshed my teeth came back to my room and I completed my break fast and I had some work and completed that now it's 1'0clock completed my lunch and had some sleeped and waked up at 6'o clock and am going to terasse and walked some time and came back to room and I watched some film and chatted with my frds and done my lunch and back to my room and sleeped thats it..
