@@jeff8253 I feel like cyberpunk would be more corrupt and dystopian than this. I say it's more of the healing and recovery after cyberpunk heading towards solarpunk/utopia.

Even then, the dystopian part of cyberpunk is usually highlighted by a class divide, with rich people flying around in cars, living in uber clean apartments etc while the poor people live in the run down slums. Look at Minority Report for instance. A brilliant depiction of cyberpunk life, with a strong emphasis on high tech/low life.

the problem with hovercars is that there is a dangerous catosrpohic possibility that more than just a simple engine failure will happen if the engine decides to shut off in mid air, or you run out of fuel or whatever else that means your car is faaaaaaalinggg to whatever is below
