This song surely touches the core of my being...in March 2017 my only daughter just passed away right after graduating from Binghamton University after a short illness...it's been a year and it's just like yesterday...this song misnister to me that God knows my name when I am overwhelmed by the pain of losing my daughter and other questions that I can't fanthom....but surely God knows my name... Thank you singers and whoever composed such powerful words. I pray God to use us all for the kingdom ... Untill Jesus comes let's keep singing... Amen

I am Living with early dementia.. but I’m OK with it now, because 100% of us will one day leave this planet. I am blessed and proud to say I KNOW GOD BETTER THAN EVER NOW.Don’t wait until tomorrow to talk to GOD, do it now. He does know our name and our hearts. So no matter how good or bad your situation is, GOD is listening - GOD BLESS

I understand what you mean. I miss my little Cherokee grandmother almost every day. She read her Bible all the way through so many times. I inherited all of her Bibles. I will see her again in Heaven. We will sit on her front porch and swing just like we did here. I love you Maw.
