In Project setting Frequency is related to project playback setup or is related to interlaced/progressive scan modes or is it related to Hz(hertz)....kindly explain it is not clearly mentioned in user manual

Does anyone know if S&Q is actually of less resolution than just standard 4k 60p?

US camera ops/editors who will be playing your videos on HDTV stations, please select 29.97 or 59.94 as your "Frequency" setting. All TV stations broadcast in these settings. Your commercial will more than likely be rejected if you select 24p settings.
