@Fz Frost 1:40 - I think the current HP damage is after you’ve already feared them. So you use your abilities out of vision to apply fear ( due to Q passive ) and then Q to apply the % Current HP Damage.

After the fear it is just higher without fear its still that type of dmg

How good is Liandry's on him? I know it used to be a standard item for him but ever since they removed the AH and the mana off the item I dont see anyone ever building it.

Why deathcap and not voidstaff since you say magic pen very good on fiddle?

Because I already have a large amount of flat magic pen and in this case the enemy doesn't have many MR items so the value of voidstaff drops because of it. I would go void there if they had some serious MR items already. Deathcap is just generally really strong to improve overall damage done.

Fiddle is crazy strong as long as you use the correct build.

When you compare S13 fiddle with S14, he is severely weaker. The new items make him much more squishier due to the glass cannon items, and the map changes make it much harder to land successful ults. Also apart from malignance his build gives little to no ability haste, which is pretty much crucial for fiddle. So unless you just want to play fiddlesticks I don't suggest you play him as there are much better junglers in the game rn.
