Please see ingredients below.
For Paratha Dough:-
1. 2 Cup Wheat Flour
2. 1/2 Tsp Salt
3. 1/2 Tsp Coarsely Crush Carom Seeds
4. 1/2 Tsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves
5. 1 Cup Milk
6. 1 Tsp Oil
7. 1/2 Tsp Salt
For Masala:-
8. 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
9. 1/4 Tsp Asafoetida
10. 1/2 Tsp Dry Mango Powder
11. 1 Tsp Coriander Cumin Seeds Powder
12. 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
13. 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
While Rolling Paratha:-
14. Ghee As Req’d
15. 3-4 Chopped Green Chilly
16. 25-30 Mint Leaves
17. 1 Cup Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
पराठा आटा के लिए: -
1. 2 कप गेहूं का आटा
2. 1/2 टीस्पून नमक
3. 1/2 टी स्पून अजवाइन
4. 1/2 टीस्पून कसूरी मेथी
5. 1 कप दूध
6. 1 चम्मच तेल
7. 1/2 चम्मच नमक

13. 1/2 चम्मच गरम मसाला पाउडर
पराठा बेलने के टाइम : -
14. घी जरुरत के हिसाब से
15. 3-4 कटी हुई हरी मिर्च
16. 25-30 मिंट पत्तियां
17. 1 कप बारीक कटा हरा धनिया
