Dark is actually about how hard a time the members had on their hiatus and when they lost their dear member Soojin. It was hard on everyone, and the love they were shown before which turned to maliciousness became very hard for them to handle.

Damn right the beat is wild. The song was composed by one of the members, Yuqi, who is the one that comes in with "dark" once *that beat* starts kicking in.

This song composed and produced by Yuqi and written by Soyeon. It's the same vibe with "Villain Dies" by them and "Psycho" which is Soyeon's solo. You guys should check those out. I think you guys starting to familiar with their works so it'd be more fun for you guys to see how Soyeon's songs, Minnie's songs and Yuqi's songs differences. Like Yuqi is composing more of rock music while Minnie is more of the Western and Soyeon is the versatile one. She could go with most of the genre and never missed the point

Would love to see you react to XG's XYPHER. XG is a 7 member global girl group they speak English, Korean, And Japanese. While they are technically not K-pop they do promote there, honestly its a bit confusing. Regardless they are still a fire group and worth checking out. The XYPHER is only the rappers as it is a cypher, they all personally wrote their own raps. There's a video and a color coded lyric video you could check out because as of now there are no English captions.
