soyeon and miyeon voices are mediocre to be honest, not accurate english first of all and too high pitched, especially soyeon vocal range is limited, even Shuhua seems to have more vocal range.

@@audio91000 nah, she has improved much more. Plus, it’s not all about the music especially in K-pop, idols do a lot of behind the scenes, live streams and just vlogs, and lemme tell you. ShuHua is amazing at those, she’s so savage 😂. But musical side, she has improved like in Nxde and Allergy. I guess it’s more pressure to have more lines but I mean.. she’s the visual not vocalist so I suppose it’s fine??? Either way, she’s amazing 🎉

I've a few theories! She's a sub-vocal & the song is in English which she's even weaker than the Korean language! So, it was kinda expected. Another thing is I believe they'll incorporate this song in their US tour legs. Hence, they didn't wanna take any risks & went safe. Finally, Soyeon (Akali) & Miyeon (Ahri) sang in English before, Minnie & Yuqi are fluent in English. Shuhua was the only weak link. That's probably another reason.

Look how SH gotten better for the past years. During debut days Latata(SH barely have lines), but SY made sure SH stand out with those lines. And she made sure SH will secure line in their first comeback she even choreographed SH solo dance so she can stand out when she is not even main dancer. Ppl often blame sy for sh lacked of lines but never understood why and sy always made sure sh stand out. But bc of backlashed sh received during hann encore she have little to no lines again. But look how sy made effort in making sh lines in uh oh, ppl were hating again bc of sh lines in uh oh omg and lion were like identical. But I remember watching I talk in those comeback and sh always say that her lines were very difficult even if it was slow. Lastly idle is a group who value overall performance. I believe members have been said before and it's pretty obvious that sy is the most stable member in the group (vocally/rapping/dancing). Miyeon even mentioned before that sy barely sweat even if the choreo is hard and she is the most stable when performing (proof is their performance)

I think she's probably the least confident singing in English, since she's also the least confident in her singing to begin with.
