cube gave them promotion, paid millions of dollars for their training period when they were trainees, i think you forgot that kpop idols are basically nothing without their label in korea. without cube they wouldn't have access to resources such as training, production, marketing, and distribution. They wouldn't be able to promote in music shows, variety shows, no magazine covers no ads on buildings NOTHING.@@zatulfitri9608

Good catch: in fact, Soyeon said she specifically wrote this as an arena song because she felt they didn’t have that explosive “concert opening” number and needed one for their shows

soyeon said that "fate" was originally going to be the title track but she wrote super lady because she realized they didn't have a song to open a concert so you're not far off at all saying that it was made for a concert

This video cost 1.1 billion won which I think is like almost $900,000 in USD and the girls paid more than half of it themselves instead of the company paying all of it that's just stupid I think that so young is going to open her own company and take all the girls with her as soon as their contracts up I know it

i loved you guys' commentary! i think the reason that they have this unique and continued upward trajectory is because they have such complete control over the creative process and brand image, in a way that not a lot of other groups do, and they have done since the very beginning. thats why their growth feels so authentic, bc its been them from the start and we are witnessing them maturing before our eyes. they are truly SELLING this whole comeback!

Extremely boring, really extra and really out there trying a little too hard for my taste. Like it’s cool the whole women empowerment thing they do, but after like 3 songs of that being ur whole concept it kinda gets boring. They’d be good if they actually did more storylines and wider diverse concepts and deeper meaning songs lol. This MV just looked like a Super Bowl strip club lmao. Add this with their “wife” song they put out, just very bland and cringey
