personally, i dont really like the song sound-wise, but soyeon's genius never fails to amaze me. here's some "theories" i've collected on the meaning: - obviously the song is criticising traditional women roles (cooking, cleaning etc.) - they're all dressed the same, each of them is not their own person, but just a wife - they are not lip syncing in the video, just dancing, because society tells us women shouldn't be heard, just watched - they're playing the "ridiculous song" card again lol, just take a look at the switch-up in the lyrics between the chorus and the verses (from childish and simple to explicit) (fun fact: the song just got banned by kbs for "sexually provocative lyrics" lmao)
