Some people have been bashing yeri, so I want you to know how important he was for her. Yeri has been receiving hate since her debut. In a vlive, months after she debuted, she read a comment telling her to stop playing around or she'd get stabbed in her "lady parts". She was only sixteen when she read. Days after, Jonghyun posted a photo of them together, saying how pretty she was. Ever since he's been showing her love, and making sure she felt loved. Jonghyun was a brother to her and she was a little sister to him, he was one of the first person to help her, to protect her. They both loved/love each other. He helped her a lot, he helped her go through all this hate, he made himself there for her. She lost a brother. She'd never lost anyone, and now she lost her brother, who helped her through her worst moments. So please, don't bash her. There are people who won't even let her mourn over one of the most important people in her life. She just wanted to pay her respects for him. She just wanted to say goodbye to him. I'm sorry for this huge text in such a delicate video, but just wanted to clarify for you who might not know about their relationship and how important he was for her

My siters got into kpop because of Super Junior and Shinee. I was not a fan, but I knew every member and I can even memorize some of their songs. Later, when I got into kpop, I learned more about them. I remember how Onew shined, how Taemin danced, how Minho laughed, how Kibum sassed, and how Jonghyun sang. Back then, the idea of Jonghyun suffering from depression seemed unlikely. He was such a bright kid. He was noisy. He was funny. Then, he started writing and singing about depression and mental health. I didn't give it a second thought. I remember liking it bc it has great lyrics and how his voice was so soulful. I never thought all of these were his cry for help. Every little action and passing words were his cry for help. I didn't notice and I'm so ashamed. Then, I began to wonder: "If depression had a physical symptom- that there's a visual change in a person's appearance - would people finally regard it as important? Will they take it seriously and no longer laugh it off in that you'll-get-over-it attitude?" Jonghyun, I am sad that I was unable to tell you how you've always done well. I regret not being able to support you fully. I regret how I've forgotten you are human despite the fame. Your family, your friends, your members, they are all trying to be strong. I hope that you are having a great time wherever you are. It will be hard, watching your past videos and seeing you and not be reminded of how you were so alive, but we will try. We will try to keep Jonghyun who was a talented young man, a soulful singer, a beautiful human being, alive. You will always be remembered as Jonghyun, the man who touched people with his songs. I love you. May you rest in peace.

Onew look so strong at the same time look dying inside. The way he's holding key's hand it's like he's trying to get some strengh to hold it together. He looks broken but trying his best to be strong for his members.

Yeri deserves no hate!!!! People need to remember she lost someone she loved and cherished a lot, Jjong was someone everyone could trust on, someone who despite his own suffering helped by hearing and advising always giving love. Yeri suffered a lot since the beggining , since she joined RV, Jjong and her had a very strong bond like brother and sister. So I think her stepping forward to want to see him one last time is not a big deal! Nobody is in their right state of mind right now, every single one of them is grieving and accepting this the way they can , Yeri compared to them is still a child, give her a break, she is suffering and deserves no hate, from this situation we are once again reminded of how hate hurts others and how it affects them. I can't get over the fact that this is real. They all look so devastated, specially Key, my poor baby. This is so, so sad, and I hope my dear bling bling's death wasn't in vain. Korea needs to be more open about mental health and how important it is, this can't happen ever again.

This was so hard to watch, honestly. It's really painful to watch someone you lost laying motionless in a coffin, and you know you can never hear them talk, or see them smile again. I personally know how that feels. My thoughts aside, to his family, his friends, the surviving members of SHINee, Shawols, and just everyone who has been affected by his death, stay strong. Losing someone in this way is the toughest thing to go through really. I do hope Jonghyun rests well also ❤❤❤❤

I know how they are feeling right now, it's so sad how much tragedy has happened this year. My dad passed away 9 days ago so when i heard about jonghyun it broke my heart to a new whole level, i really enjoyed shinee's music and really liked all the members, this is a great loss and my greatest condolences to his family and friends, this shit is really f*cking hard to deal with. 2017 oficially cancelled, deleted.

I really worry about Onew. Key and Minho and Taemin are grieving but Onew looks genuinely broken. He is a sensitive soul and has gone through so much due to the "scandals" and I can't help but feel like he's taking this harder because he blames himself for not doing enough as leader. I know fans can only do so much but I really hope his loved ones really take care of him at this time.
