こんにちは、東京から移住して10年以上です。大正生まれの古民家に、暮らしながらセルフリノベーションをしている「SOMA life & eat」です。現在、パン工房の開業準備をしています。このチャンネルではDIYでパン工房を作る過程を中心に、田舎暮らしの動画をアップしています。
これまで古民家のリノベーションや家庭菜園などをやってきました。いろいろなご縁もあり、自分たちでスモールビジネスを始めようと至りました。自分たちのベースは興味あることをやっていくことなので、楽しみながらスタートしようと思っています。
今回は厨房の壁と天井の漆喰とモルタル塗りをしています。一部モザイクタイルも貼りました。
厨房の壁と天井のボード貼りが終わったので、壁と天井を仕上げていきます。作業は漆喰の天井と壁を先に塗っていきます。一部手洗い部分にモザイクタイルを貼って周りは漆喰の壁に仕上げてみました。コンロやガスオーブンを使う場所はモルタルを塗ることにしました。これまで、古民家の居住スペースのリノベーションで、漆喰塗りやモルタル仕上げ、タイル貼りとすべてやった作業なので、材料や作業工程については不安なくできました。
モルタルの壁については、どれくらい持つのか不安要素があるので、いつかタイル貼りにしているかもしれません。材料は土佐漆喰を使っています。２袋で余りがあります。モルタルはハイモル＃10です。ボード6枚ぐらいなのでかなり余りました。漆喰は壁部分は２回塗りで、天井は１回塗りです。一部土壁があるのでそちらは３回、４回塗っています。モザイクタイルは２シート分です。

Hello, I've been living in an old house built in the Taisho era for over 10 years. This is "SOMA life & eat", where we are renovating our own house while living there. We are currently preparing to open a bakery. On this channel, we upload videos about rural life, focusing on the process of making a bakery by DIY.
So far, we have renovated old houses and grown vegetables at home. Through various connections, we have decided to start our own small business. Our base is doing things that interest us, so we are looking forward to starting while having fun.
This time, we are plastering and mortaring the walls and ceiling of the kitchen. We also put mosaic tiles on some parts.
Now that the boards on the walls and ceiling of the kitchen have been put up, we will finish the walls and ceiling. The work will be painting the plaster ceiling and walls first. We put mosaic tiles on some parts of the washbasin and finished the surrounding area with plaster walls. We decided to apply mortar to the areas where we will use the stove and gas oven. Up until now, I have done all the work of renovating the living space of an old house, including plastering, mortar finishing, and tiling, so I was able to do it without any worries about the materials and work process.
I'm not sure how long the mortar walls will last, so I may tile them someday. I used Tosa plaster as the material. I had two bags left over. The mortar is Hymol #10. There are about six boards, so I had quite a bit left over. The plaster was applied twice on the walls and once on the ceiling. There are some earthen walls, so I applied them three or four times. There are two sheets of mosaic tiles.
Until now, I have been sharing about my DIY and home gardening on my KZfaq channel "Slowlife Log". Originally, my videos were mainly about outdoor activities such as fishing and kayaking, but as my interests expanded, the content of my videos became more diverse, so I finally organized my channel when I had the opportunity to create a bread workshop. We plan to turn the former kitchen, which is part of our house, into a kitchen and build a wood-fired oven in the former bathroom extension. We are currently exploring what shape would be best to make the most of our individuality. If you are thinking of doing something, are actually doing it, or like to watch others do it, we hope that you will enjoy our "SOMA life & eat".
After repeatedly breaking and building, we have finally started building a bakery, which is one of the things we want to do. I hope this will be of some help to you! !
