I allready saw your most vdos then i came to know the power of IAS in my earlier days i dreamed became IAS but i fail. In dis vdo i notice some points that homework is important clearly talk n understand in the meeting avoid long n shortly come to d solution. सर अगर सड़क ही इन लोगोंगांव में पानी लाने का मुख्य कारण है जिनकी वजह से उनकी फसलें और दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है तो उस सड़क के नीचे पुल का निर्माण कराया जा सकता है जिससे पानी अपने सही दिशा में प्रवाहित होती रहेगी और बच्चों की पढ़ाई भी चलती रहेगी

क्या बात है डीएम साहब ये किसानो का काम है कि वो कब्जेदारों के नाम लिख क दे?? किसानो का काम था आपको सूचित करना कि सरकारी ज़मीन पे कुछ लोग कब्ज़ा किये है वो उन्होंने आपको बता दिया अब आपकी जिम्मेदारी बनती है कि उन लोगो कि पहचान करके उनके खिलाफ कार्यवाही कि जाये/ आप अपनी जिम्मेदारी से भाग रहे है और किसानो को बोल रहे कि नाम लिख के दो कब्जेदारों के. अगर किसानो का ये काम है नाम लिख के देना तो फिर आपके जिलाधिकारी होने का क्या मतलब? कानून ये कहता कि अगर किसी को किसी से परेशानी है तो उनको अधिकारी को बताये न कि आपस मे झगड़े, यही काम किसानो ने किया आपको सूचित करके कि सरकारी जमीन पे कब्जा है अब आपका काम है कार्यवाही करना.
