Oh thank you so much for the kind words, Michael! I started this channel around 2013 in order to share some of my music collection with the world and so far it has been one of my most pleasant online trips - I've met digitally with relatives or friends of musicians who are now travelling the universe away from this earth and have learned so much through interesting comments. It all happens due to your immense support. Gmail used to notify me with all subscriptions and I used to be the romantic who subs back to everyone, but now it doesn't anymore, so I just explore material from the channels who comment here. You can also check my list of featured channels for some amazing pals whom I know personally or virtually and gather amazing music as well.

Also, I recently came across a Japanese Folk album on this channel, can’t seem to find it. Kindly, help me get there again. It featured a lot of scream vocals. It was a live album. Thank you.

Hello my friend, thank you so much for your visit, your kind words, all your support. Glad being of service! I suspect you refer to this album: 友川かずき [Kazuki Tomokawa] ‎- 犬・秋田コンサートライブ [Live] - 1979 kzfaq.info/get/bejne/briljK2kx9ybpIE.html I have posted another one by Tomokawa Kazuki, 1.5 year ago which will probably be of interest. There are more of his albums on youtube! kzfaq.info/get/bejne/g7KqhL2Ll8-WhI0.html But if you like Tomokawa's screaming vocals, I take it that you will also appreciate Mibu Furukawa's: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/oL2mrNKQm7nee30.html I can't remember if it was during research on either Furukawa or Tomokawa that I found out "screaming folk" is considered by some to be an actual subgenre of Japanese folk rock, of which, as our friend fam-ily void suggests, Kengo Iuchi is a rightful representative!

孤独 reads as “kodoku” in Japanese. Please change the title. Japanese is not Chinese.

Thanks for the feedback - I changed it now and faced a dilemma actually because I found references to kodoku. I do not speak Japanese and rely on online sources. I preserved google's recommendation which supposedly relies on user input (translate.google.com/?sl=auto&tl=en&text=%E5%AD%A4%E7%8B%AC&op=translate) But you are right, the difference can be found here: japanesetest4you.com/flashcard/learn-jlpt-n1-vocabulary-%E5%AD%A4%E7%8B%AC-kodoku/

@@fili-tis-petaloudas Of course, I know Japanese. I’m glad you accepted my advice. You can’t really rely on Google translate, you know. Japanese writing system is partially the same as Chinese, so Google probably takes it as Chinese by default when there’s not enough context for it to detect which language it is. I would like to add that “kodoku” actually means “loneliness” rather than “lonely” but as a title translation I guess both work fine.

@@mattiamele3015 Thank you so much! Excuse my late reply as I visit this account only when I have something to upload, usually once every second week. Once again, I appreciate your advice. And I have a very good Japanese friend in Dublin who has offered plenty of his generous advice when I uploaded lots of Japanese folk in the last couple of years, as well as a Greek friend who recently got her degree in Japanese language, but sometimes I feel I overuse their precious time in terms of asking about titles which often requires that they have to listen to music they wouldn't choose to otherwise. So it's just so great to have people like you, with genuine interest about the music offering their spare time willingly, pretty much as I do when I search, extract, and share these songs for no benefit besides the sheer pleasure of it - and meeting wandering souls!

These Google translations for some Asian languages are extremely poor . I don't speak any Japanese or Chinese but I'm a great fan of old Japanese music . That's why I'm trying to find translations for a lot of Japanese songs and found out when I asked other persons who speak japanese that Google told me nonsense. Same with thai language. This is extremely bad. They are telling you totally nonsense translations. My thai wife is often laughing about but mostly don't understand why they are not able to translate in a way that it makes sense. If you know better translation apps for Asian languages please tell me .
