#BAS || we travelled from South to North Goa to understand the problems of the people at micro-level, we were shocked to see that Goans are getting disappeared from the shops along the Old National Highway. The businesses are taken over by outsiders and the traditional businesses are suffering due to wrong government policies. We bring to you this sum up of our experience.

Kudos to you Rupesh. A report well prepared. Same thing is happening in north goa. All goan businesses, be it restaurants or guest houses are suffering, since it is made difficult for the goan to run. The tourists are running tourism in Goa. They get the permissions very easily to run their newly purchased flats and houses under ease of doing business.

According to my opinion we cannot ban people from Majali to sell fish in Cancona bcz many people from south Canacona go to Majali for shoping. I think only option is that Goa government should impose tax on them.

Rupesh, this is a very good initiative from you, but what i think is it's too late now. Goans are already tiired as none of these people sitting in assembly think of goa or goans and support goans. Most of the goan land and profession are already In the hands of outsiders and whatever is left are taken using bouncers. Goan people can't fight these types of parallel powers. In the next few years, you will see goan population depletion drastically from every corner of goa.

Any fish coming to Goa should be sold by only Goan. They should be provided a card and location where they can sell any products by FSSAI. Similarly the same with suppliers.

Rupesh please find out in Canacona only what type of Goan and non Goan workforce is availed? From nustem vegetables bread etc to teachers engineers etc. Than we can see what type of clean people friendly etc industries factories companies. Like this in whole of Goa we must find. Than we can accordingly locate convenient location for establishing such industries etc.

Govt should Draft a policy wherein land n agriculture land belonging to goans on that land ,they get Loan easily n do some businesses or go overseas for employment n not sell the land. Don't make goans helpless, that they have to Sell their piece of land. Nobody wants to sell their land n go out of goa for employment, But when there is No Option n they are helpless, that they take the extreme step to Sell their precious piece of Land. Hope Govt does something, if they are Really Concerned about Goa N Goans. It looks like this govt is not in favour of goans but outsiders who gives them more money. Hope 🙏 🙏 🙏 Govt n people realise 🙏 the Grave reality n see the hard days ahead. Save Madhai, save yourself first n then goa.

There is no organised retail trade/ vendoning policy for protection of the locals in Goa. Goa is turning slowly into a Banana Republic. There's no Rule of Law. And no accountability.
