Its always very important that every single aire go to his correct position sinze the beginning, to avoid problems and wasted time.

Amazing job, but i have a point, why dont assembly a aircraft harness out of it and just install after it connecting in the LRUs?

Todays, EVERYTHING is as this, i have worked on train electronics, and is exactly like this, thousands of wires and informatic systems.

Why is aircraft electrical cable all white? Is it labelled along the length?

Yes. We have a laser printer that prints the wire number every three inches along the wire.
