Yeah the capybara mold is solid, but the colors make it look like his circulation's been cut off from his snout. The snow leopard is very cute.

Using a donkey mold as a zebra is so smart. It fits so well and I hope they make other versions like it

The capybara looks like he’s sunburnt and he huffs spray paint in his spare time. I love him, he’s horrendous. Edit: IS NOBODY TALKING ABOHT HOW WEIRD THE BLUE ON THE SECOND CAPYBARA’s NOSE IS? IT LOOKS LIKE A H1+13R STACHE.

Im not a fan of the new capybara designs but i definitely like the mold. I think the snow leopard pack will be my favorite!!

Oh my gosh! I love the two huskies! The capybaras colors are different but i still love that little guy! Can’t wait to get my hands on all of these wonderful sets! Thank you lps honey for reviewing these pets with us! It helps the lps community a lot!

The new husky in the set with the poodle is absolutely gorgeous! My absolute favorite of the G7 lps. I think that one is very underrated!

I'd love to see what you do with the capybara! I loved watching your last video that had you repainting the molds. The ideas you had sounds perfect for them. Maybe they will release more neutral color pallets in the future of the new molds. Fingers crossed--

I don't mind the capybaras. However, i feel like if they stuck with the red for the whole lps and not slap on a random blue patch, it would look amazing! For the other one, againz if they didn't have the random pink patch, it would look fine. For me, i think the issue with the designs is that they added a random colour on one spot of the capybara, which not only is it a bold colour so that it's noticable, but also the fact that it's not just a small mark on the pet. Maybe if they made the markings smaller on the pet, it would work Sometimes, less is more

I ADORE the capybaras AND their colors so much!! I love eye bleeding colors so much and I actively seek out bright pets (which unfortunately are mostly insects) and so I see this as an absolute win! My only problem with it is that I can’t really picture it at an lps size, I picture it more as a teensies size 😭😭 even right next to the other pets

in my opinion the new house is a modern take on one of the 90's kenner lps sets. there was a carry case that looked like a shop with the EXACT same colors and even the pink banner above the door. i think that is an awesome way to pay tribute to the lps that started it all!

I love how much more pets are coming, they are so Beautiful! Is like the LPS times of 2004-2012 are coming back, or is gonna start again The capybarad are cute but, I would rather see them in more "realistic" colours

I personally do not mind the bright colors and patterns on the G7 LPS, I actually think they are cute, and kind of give me a 1980s vibe [and an Animal Jam vibe TBH]. People seem to forget that quite a few G2 LPS pets have bright and unrealistic colors, like Persian 460 and the Glitter Pets. I agree that the capybaras need a bit more work though, but I think the rest of the pets, including the blind box pets, are super adorable and are unfairly hated. I really want the winter sets and the poodle and husky pet pair set the most, though. I hope Basic Fun gives us DRAGONS [especially if they used greens, we don't have any green G2 Dragons], Unicorns [preferably if they had a new mold complete with their tail looking like medieval tapestry depictions of unicorns], Fairies [they need more love], and MERPETS [if they make a merdaschund, the entire fandom will go crazy].

I adore the horse with the diamond marks in the first set! It reminds me of playing cards. I honestly really like the personality markings i think its a fun idea. I actually like the almost re-release designs. Lots of opportunity for pet shop family members. Im also kinda glad they arent really using the 5 popular molds. I know a lot of people love em, but i think they might be a bit overrated. Theres so many great molds, I just dont see why those ones in particular gotta steal all the love.

I’m really excited to see all the new pet triplets designs ! I only ever got one set, the three little pigs, and it has been a Wishlist of mine to get most of them. Especially the penguins, they are so cute ^^ I can’t wait, I’m hoping it comes to my town though, only the tube and blind bags were available here. Fingers crossed 🤞

Where I live I’ve barely got any of wave 1 in stores :( I only found the blind boxes and the 3 packs, and a few big sets. Not even Amazon carries the other sets.

I am SO excited for some of these! I am already starting to plan to buy that 5 pet set, the winter three pack, and the pet pairs with the poodle and new husky. The white and black snow leopard made me squeal. Black and white pets are my favorite by far. So getting a leopard one now is just so exciting! I don’t like the colors of the capybara at all, but the mold is spot on. Kudos to BasicFun for making new molds and trying new things. It makes my heart so happy to see this. My inner child is screaming with joy that they are even making new LPS at all in the gen 2 molds. And the way they are involving the LPS community is so smart on their part. They are doing what Hasbro didn’t care to.

The capybara looks a lot like the mini guinea pig mold from gens 5 and 6, but bigger. I like it. With all due respect, I don’t care what Basic Fun thinks they made- that’s the curly haired guinea pig mold. There are at least three hamster G2 molds to choose from if they want to give us *actual* hamsters. The zebra donkey, however, is quite nice, and makes a bit more sense than the zebra horse from G2. (I wonder if they’ll bring back the standard horse mold? If so, I hope it’s the one WITHOUT the saddle. Saddled and unsaddled versions are otherwise identical, and no permasaddle means more accessory opportunities. Also, there was a saddle accessory in G2, so if we *had* to have saddles, it’d be the best of both worlds.) I’m happy to see more petriplets- fingers crossed for the butterflies (petriplet or otherwise) soon. (Honestly, I’d just like to see more bugs- the lightning bug and the Mod series spider mold would be great additions, but I’d be happy with the more common ones like the two bee molds, dragonflies, or spiders. Invertebrates are under appreciated.)

Homey here’s my plan when the new LPs are coming so if they don’t have the grey wolf then if we also get these types of ones the I will definitely be looking out for it and I really hope I can get this set if not sooner and I can’t wait for wave one and two but right now now in July I am getting wave one but yea and I will be looking out for that wolf
