What lure is that and weight also what braid and leader you use for the tuna

That lure was Shimano O'sia 80g the line was 80lb PE6 Varivas braided line and mono filament 200lbs leader

@@geniefishingchannel I have 50 lbs Daiwa j braid x8 varivas ocean record shock leader 80 lbs with a Penn slammer 3 6500 high speed is that enough for tuna up to 100 pound or do I need a stronger leader

@@marcusyearwood8555 50lbs braidline cannot hold for a 100 pound tuna here in Oman mostly we are using 80lbs to 120lbs braidline because we don't know the size and weight of tuna we catch. Atleast you have 80lbs line and 120 or 150 leader line.

@@marcusyearwood8555 In my fishing experience for YTF I didn't used 50lbs braidline sir that's why I cannot give you the exact weight class that you ask. Maybe but not sure 50lbs braidline can handle a 50 to 60 pound tuna. By the way you have a long line in your reel so you can play with it until the tuna get tired and then you can slowly retrieved it.
