One of my relative a senior doctor took job as senior specialist in a Pvt hospital. He is old school so he used to treat patients based on actual issues. One day he was visited by the hospital's marketing team, a young mba guy in all suit boot He showed some charts and excels to my relative and told him his performance is not up to mark and he is missing the target test, prescriptions etc. My relative got so angry and he kicked the marketing guy out of his cabin and later resigned. Now my relative operates a small Pvt clinic in one locality in our city

My dad left private hospital around 1993 and he opened a small hospital in a small village of west Bengal, He does cardiac surgery at minimum rate possible, The profit he earns goes back to the hospital itself, especially for the ones who cant afford to pay cardiac surgery. I will also follow his path although I'm in 2nd year of Mbbs.
