Shaw hasn’t played the whole season mate. Maguire playing for a United team that finished 8th. Mitchelle and Tomori have been excellent this season but yet they’ve been overlooked.

@@DonR-zb2cmmaguire personally hasn’t been terrible this season, there is a lack of quality depth at LB which is why Shaw has been taken, Mitchell is decent but he’s not been outstanding. I would have taken Tomori but not over Maguire, probably over Lewis Dunk

Rashford has always been West Ham/Crystal Palace level but a couple of over-achieving seasons confused a lot of fans as to his true ability and limits. Sterling is a much better player, and Sterling's not deserving a spot.

It's not just his form. It's his mentality on the pitch. You see Gordon's work rate compared to Rashford and it's just night and day. This could be the kick he needs to sort himself out. He'd probably be better off playing abroad at this point but I doubt anyone can match his wages at Man U.

He's not been picked because he's had an awful season and other players deserve to be well ahead of him in the pecking order on form and arguably ability. Same should be said for Sterling. Just because Maguire and Henderson have been given chances they don't deserve over the past few years doesn't mean that's a trend that should continue.
