At first I thought, wow, that would be amazing if it was through Evan's mom perspective as she talked to Zoe's parents and maybe with Evan through the song. But the idea that Zoe is seeing how they also took part in this situation, because they were broken gave me chills. And then I thought about how this looks amazing after Requiem, because if she sees they were all a mess and that she pretended to be something she wasn't because Connor was the troubled kid, and if she was perfect than he was the reason for the mess and she could blame it on him. And that really gave me chills, because if we combine Antonio Cipriano's Requiem and this version of Words Fail it brings it to an Idea of Connor seeing himself as the reason his family is unhappy and she telling him that it was not his fault at the end. And I don't know, it broke my heart a little to imagine that.
