His point was that across 4 games CyberConect2 adapted the same material as the anime in a similar fashion to the one shown above. Now you could make the arguement that the economics of a video game and a TV show aren't the same, meaning what can be done in a video game may not be feasible in a TV show. Or you could point out that while the production values here are great this sought of quality is really reserved only for key moments. But I don't think pointing out that an anime and manga aren't the same is relevant.

Naruto, the original show that kicks off the series, Naruto Shippuden, which is basically a three year time skip after the events of the first series, and Boruto, a show that basically shows the characters as adults and parents of the new generation. I’d recommend you watch the first show first.

the anime has a tight schedule with overworked staff. there are tons of articles on working conditions in the animation industry in Japan. The game, on the contrary, has a MUCH higher budget and a LOT more time for that.
