i am a big advocate for saying 99% 'luck' or 'unlucky' moments in dota are skill issues, but this one was actually leaning towards that 1% lmao. im not saying if a player was better (more like perfect) and considered more possibilities, they would also dagger there, But I feel like substitute any carry player in that same scenario, they would have made the same mistake.

Probably strong laning, cause reflection is a strong skill, meta is great for right clicking enemy, illusions will help in a later stages for scouting and map control, sunder in a teamfight, so yea, there is a potential, but on the verge of griefing

Because the meta shifted and pango is no longer as strong as last year. The only reason GG was dominating because Quinn just spammed pango every game. No pango = no win

Valve nerfed offlane heroes, if you watch GG performance last year you will see that both supports rotate mid min 4/6/8 to secure runes, kills and guarantee the lane for quinn and both dyrachio and ace were alone farming, they nerfed all auras and other type of offlane items too, remember how powerfull collapse was last two years. Now GG is forced to let Quinn alone mid and his hero pool is dogshit for this meta and they have to babysit dyrachio for 15 min straight. They need to change how they play and add a few heroes to their pool speacially on mid and sup4. Remember that last year meta was the worst meta in a long time, morph aghs, broken lina, brood 1x9, und savings, medusa broken and all of that favored GGs way of playing the game, im not saying that this was the only reason of GGs success but that helped alot, and liquid is absurd dogshit team with a t3 carry.

Revenant Brooch only broken if combined with Divine Rapier, the 25% spell amp what make it broken because it give +437 dmg instead of +350 combined with crit you get even broken. But the RB itself is balanced to counter high armor hero and it can be countered by magic resist item and bkb

Nah it’s not broken. It’s a high risk high reward double-edged build. Rev brooch most of the time needs a divine rapier for it to work sufficiently and that is super high risk.
