എനിക്കും ഈ പ്രശ്നം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു ടെൻഷൻ. നമ്മൾ എത്ര കഴിച്ചാലും ടെൻഷൻ അടിച്ചാൽ ഒന്നും ബോഡിയിൽ പിടിക്കില്ല. ഞാൻ അങ്ങനെ ഡോക്ടർ കണ്ടു അവര് കുറച്ചു ഗുളിക തന്നു അതു കഴിച്ചപ്പോൾ ഒരുപാട് മാറ്റമുണ്ട്. ഇപ്പോൾ വെയറ്റും കൂടി.
