Hey, those powers still have some use to them, for example. You're stuck in a city and you have to pee. Use your X-Ray vision. You're in a sword fight with a guy that has robotic arms. Use your extra 2 arms. You wanna take a break from this world or you just wanna do nothing. Use your teleportation powers. Your car got towed and there's no way to bring it back. Use your telekinetic powers.

The slow teleportation gag, I am surprised I haven't seen that before, it's an easy gag, but effective because you always think of it as being instant.
