Even before today Gakpo was producing more goal contributions, per minutes played, than both Nunez and Dias. He is a better finisher than both. That fact still didn't stop some clueless fans scapegoating him regularly though. None of the "established" players who came on as subs improved the team. They should remain on the bench next game. Alexis is shot, knackered so needs to sit the next one out. Salah was poor and Szobo was very poor. Nunez did the best out of those subs other than Gomez, who did well. Same starting 11 next game for me. Jota was at best average, he's still not sharp, but he was clinical. Pleased for Gravenberch as he has huge potential, pace, skill, good on the ball, mobile, attributes most of our midfield do not have.
