Beijing Olympics just ended...and I came here because I freaking miss the true elegance and beauty and real happiness of Pyeongchang Olympics fs gala...I miss this era🥺 no issue, no sadness, just pure ❤️

We will never forget this gala. It was truly the best. With so many amazing skaters and all their programs, including the ending performance, all the interactions and unity we can literally feel through the screen as distant and international fans really says everything about this gala and these skaters as a whole. I know I will never forget the 2018 Gala Exhibition in Pyeongchang which beautifully ended the 2018 Winter Olympics.

When the announcer said "I hope we can do this again" at the end, he didn't know what those words would mean...

I think what makes me cry most watching this gala performance is with all the scandal in this year there will not be the same sense of love and sportsmanship. Yuzuru is too elegant and fun for words. That finale gets me everytime!!!

I still come back to this Gala performances, the wonderful talent and unity that is displayed here is simply incredible. To top it of with the masterclass Yuzu did. It really gives me tears in my eyes even after watching it so many times, the sheer beauty and elegance of it, its so respectful its so phenomenal , this is why Yuzuru Hanyu is the GOAT. Phenomenal.

Everyone has fun and light-hearted performances and then Yuzuru Hanyu just hits you in the face with the most classically beautiful performance you've ever seen

One thing I love about the figure skating Gala Exhibition, it allows the skaters to really let their hair down and get a bit more creative with their routines.
