"I have visited Shimla" is correct even after returning from Shimla. It tells about your experience in the past without mentioning any specific time. If you want to add time, then "I visited Shimla in 2019" So, Sabka tarika sahi hai. Kisi ko aise point out mat karo. Maintain dignity and sanctity of this profession. Thanks for your efforts. I like the way you are teaching I have been learning English for 4/5 days.. Nd I confused about this tense... Bcz whatever type of viedo I look they just tell me about hindi recognition my mind got so confused But now everything is clear now I can focus to improve my english... 😆
