I show you how perform a factory reset if you forgot your password or it does not work on the Samsung Galaxy A03 or A03s smartphone (same for A03 Core). Note with a factory reset you will lose all your personal info, photos, videos, docs, etc. I hope this helps.

Thank you very much, a helpful tip though, when you know your password you can use the video to be able to restart your phone, so when you get to the reset menu, dont reset it just leave it to restart and input your correct password(worked for me!)

Honestly thank you so much, my phones screen turned black and it freaked me out since my parents would have gotten mad if i told them since we dont really have the money for a new phone or to get it repaired and all i did was take my brothers charger since mines is the same size on both ends (small) plug it into my laptop and followed what you did and it worked thank you so much

Wooww brought a use a03s off ebay and it needed a pin. Couldn't cut off because you need pin to turn off. Clicked on multiple videos and ran across yours and boom I was able to reset. THANK YOU!!

Mine also Samsung A03 core, I think it just malfunctions. Don't reset just leave it alone it will work again after some time.

Very clear instructions, well-paced. If I do not have a password problem, but just want to do a factory reset, do I start this process with the phone off or with it on? Is this important? Some on the net seem to think it is.

Your video is so clear and concise but what if the phone is a company phone? They told us to put on this company portal app on the work phone and since then it's just been frustrating with unlocking the phone. If you know what to do please either respond or make another video.
