There's a problem with that, when the sd card is inserted and go to advance settings, it gives you the option to format your sd card, but it doesn't tell you in which format you want to change it

Go into the storage option, if you don't see "SD card" listed in the storage option then click the storage format option/settings it should give you the option to select the SD card as your internal storage. (Keep in mind anything already on fhat SD card will be erased when doing this so if you have anything saved transfer it onto a computer or buy a brand new card)

@@Turkiye999 Settings>storage>click the name of the SD card> click the menu in the top right corner - it'll usually look like three vertical dots ••• > click storage settings>then you should see two options 'format' and 'format as intentrnal >click the 'format SD' option>then you'll get a pop up notification and your wanna click 'format SD card' again> then you should get a "formating SD Card" with a loading bar under it... wait until the SD CARD is 100% formatted> then you should be all set.

does it take all the memory in the card? for example if you removed the card would you not have it saved to your phone anymore? its all saved to the card only?

When u insert the sd card nothing happens.. unless u manually move everything from phones memory to sd card. Also u can go to ur camera settings and change storage location from phone’s internal memory to sd card then after every photos or vid u take will be automatically saved to the sd card. If u take out ur sd card and all the photos are in sd card then there will be no photos on ur phone (phones internal memory) until u insert the sd card back in. I hope I make sense here.

Why is it not letting me move apps to n from sd card. The galaxy jp phone was easier go to apps then storage then move to sd card. This phone has none of that
