I give you several easy fixes for a Samsung Galaxy A13 (same for A14) 5G smartphone that is stuck in a boot loop where it keeps restarting over and over again. Hope this helps.

Thank you so much! I took my ph (A42) to the verizon store and they told me boot loop wasnt fixable and I needed to buy a new ph. I came home and watched your video and fixed it myself within a few mins! Happy Lady here!!!

Your video was so helpful. after several attempts with other videos, your putting in the freezer and going through the steps as much attempts as required cured my phone of the frozen black screen. it took about 3 tries which was so awesome, THNAK YOU.

I had been messing with my phone for 2 hours before I saw this video. Wish I would have seen it sooner! I am not sure what trick got my phone working again.. I am thinking it's a combination of all of them, but pretty sure the freezer technique helped jumpstart working again. Once I was able to get to my home screen, I turned the power off and charged it overnight. Thank you for this video!! (Samsung s10e, Android 12)

Thank you so much. I use my phone for business and so had to get a new phone as it was urgent. But the old phone wouldn't let me do the smart transfer as it kept rebooting! I thought it was a lost cause! The freezer method worked for me and I did the 30min data transfer with both phones in the fridge! Thanks again!

I don't usually comments on videos but bro you are a life saver I tried it on my Samsung A12 that I updated and rebooted but it was just there going off and on without actually turning on, tried the taping of the back and front screen that was just it took some time to actually settle down with the new update and that was how my phone got back on thank you very much ur video helped me 🙏

It so helpful i would have never thought that smaking a phone fixes it but i would like to add that after the smaking you should hold the power up button and the volume up button and a screen will appear all you have to do from thier is let go of the two button than press the volume up button and right after it press the power up button from their turn you phone on normally it worked for me good luck everyone!!

It works fine. After step 3 where you massage the phone back and front it was able to get out of the boot loop.. thx for the help

i was so skeptical to do this, but everything failed, even after local shop repair it stuck at charging screen then kept 20 min in freezer as last resort...it started charging 5 min afterwards and boot normally...thanks 😂😀👍.

If you hit the power button like that (at least in Canada) it automatically calls the emergency response (9-1-1). And since you are in a black screen, you can't hang up!

I don't know much about phones. My boyfriend (before he got a new phone) had a Samsung galaxy a13 5g and it randomly restarted on him one night and did an update. Started up just fine and (before going to the home screen) got stuck on "phone is starting..." with the loading bar. I have tried everything all of these methods and some and even let the phone die and tried it again. I can't even transfer photos from the a13 to his new phone because I need to be able to go to the home page so it registers the phone is I guess done starting up. ANY tips would be nice. I don't want to factory reset the phone because then he loses everything from pictures of me, the kids and whatever else he has. Please.. any help.
