The one thing that never get tested in these reviews: the quality of the phone calls. It is a phone, after all. The rest of the stuff are add ons.

Seriously, if only Samsung had given a 12 MP ultra wide camera, F54 have been a great deal. The specs of A54 & F54 are so similar that M54 hasn't been released yet in India (& I doubt it will)

She said that the only difference in the displays are nits of brightness, but it looks like the F54 is a good bit bigger. She didn't say the screen sizes. A very important factor in deciding about a phone.

bigger screen sizes dosen't mean people are going to love it, need more power inside a compact phone. It is the density of the screen that matters. If deciding based on screen sizes would have been important, then people would be buying tablets instead of a or s series.

A great review. But hear me out!!! A "S" series device is miles ahead of any samsung "A" series or "F" series smartphone. S21 Fe is worth it even in the 40k segment. In 30 to 35k it's a killer. I have this phone and it's really underrated.

Was plannng to buy the S21 fe but heard it has 5g wifi connectivity issues, major heating issues and doesnt last more than 14-15 hours with moderate use. Can you share your experience regarding these 3 issues? I am not a gamer so can deal with a little heating. But 5g wifi and battery life are my main concerns.

@@sayorray906 bro I'll be honest. First About 5G it depends on your area, my phone doesn't have any issues on 5G and call quality is awesome. Second about battery true. Battery life is average only but not as bad as people say it gives me 5.5 to 6 hours of screen on time minimum and 12 hours backup but battery depends on your usage. I don't use always on display. But 120 hz all time and in 5G all the time. About heating yes it heats up a bit max upto 41 during charging mainly. Or if u push your phone too much or use it in direct sunlight. But it's not concerning levels of heating bro it's normal and expected because exynos 2100 is a powerful chip. All flagships have heating issues nowadays due to it's power hungry nature. If these factors are OK for you there is no other phone even in the 50k segment to beat this. Oneplus is bad my 8T got green line issue. So shifted to samsung

Yea, if you can get a samsung "S" series phone at the price of "A" series phone, then go for the S series one! It has better software support, overall good cameras, better quality display and far better design! (On comparing S21FE with A54)

I would either buy the a73 or the S21fe. Both have more powerful processors. A73 has the mighty Snapdragon 778, ans s21fe has a flagship processor in the exynos 2100. Also, photography wise those two win. In A73 due to the superior photography processing of the SD 778 and in the s21 fe due to better optics and video capabilities.

You can look up on websites offering refurbished phones at low prices, otherwise Galaxy F64 is a great alternative with huge battery, but without the premium features and build quality. Lack of IP rating, stereo speakers, and consistent performance in heavy use may not be liked by pro users.@@Voice_Artists

Regardless, s21fe is the one to get at this budget if you are ok with charging your device twice a day. S21fe is on another level in camera department compared to these over priced phones.

Compare accordingly. PS: It seems Android 13 update has helped, and I used an iPhone 12 Mini before Pixel 6a.

Don't sell your privacy for cheap Chinese phones. See articles and videos regarding same. So we r left with only Samsung, pixel and iphone. for the performance aspect I think it has to be a region issue. because where im from (nigeria) the a54 performs a lot much better than what is shown on screen. even outperforms the iphone se most of the time cause it has better heat management.

@@Mike.Tech. yeah I think that's another issue. the 8gb variant performs a whole lot better than the 6gb variant. I get 50-60 fps on genshin when set between the low and medium settings and even at high it doesn't perform that bad and for call of duty and pubg it now runs wonderfully well thanks to the recent updates and optimizations by the game devs.

@@Dannyblazer1985 bruv I'm a heavy user and this is the phone I'm currently using and the performance and overall experience is a lot much better than what is being shown on screen. the phone runs cod, pub g on high graphics and max frame rate pretty well, and some other graphic intensive games pretty well. I haven't had any lags so far unless when I'm playing in the hot sun then I see slight issues.

I am also from Nigeria (Kaduna specifically), I am currently commenting with my Galaxy A54 5G (8+256G variant) and to be candid, this phone is amazing and of course lag free. For over a month now, I didn't come across any serious issue despite the fact that I am a heavy user. VERY DECENT EXPERIENCE. 😊

I have a phone (m51) with a side finger print location and it's a massive, massive plus for me. It's fast, reliable and intuitive to use. I had never had a problem with it. It's a plus for me in comparison to under display sensors.
