@@hsoka5415 Best decision I ever made. Don't get me wrong there pro, and cons to both. Having the s10 is like a whole new world opened up , the value Samsung is offering it's a crazy good deal. You won't be upset, if anything its good to have a change. Literally every iphone is the same as far as IOS eatures for the most part , stuff its limited -

cameras are even imo, iphone has better video and dynamic range on photos, samsung has ultra wide lens . however everything else you said is pretty accurate.

I love my S10+ .... it's fast as hell and it is impossible to use up the battery! I use mine like crazy all day from 6 AM to midnight or later and it is typically still at 20 to 30% battery remaining. Only $699 at Best Buy!

@@sulaman4280 You can watch movies without full screen zoom in mode and the cut out wont be in the frame and since the s10+ is larger you have a screen size that matches the s10 without the single camera cut out you get from the s10. Meaning you get better watching experience from s10+ (Not a opinion just facts)

I wish that as well, would be so cool! I enjoy the simplicity and smoothness of IOS, but I enjoy Samsung’s screen and overall build, Android just feels clunky and not as well optimised as iOS is.

@@santanusarkar9820 Samsung makes parts for the iPhone. Roughly each iPhone is worth $1000. $200 or so Samsung makes a profit off of each iPhone. Plus Samsung and Apple recently made a business deal to where people with SmartTvs made by Samsung have the ability to access iPhone apps such as iTunes. So the reality is that both companies rely on each other.

Well they actually do, Apple & Samsung creators were friends,Steve jobs invited Samsung creator to see the the first touch screen Phone (The original iPhone) Afterwards, Samsung creator instantly returned to copy them (No hate to Samsung just being honest).Before Steve Jobs died, he said "The idea is ours and they took it and making profits from it!" Than Tim Cook took over apple and made a contract W/Samsung, Apple gets parts from Samsung where Samsung gets Money from Apple to create there phones & get the parts to apple.

I switched from the xs and let me tell you the s10 plus is a phucking beast. I can literally do anything I want o this phone literally almost anything. Also using Samsung DeX this thing literally turns into a full fledge PC

Maxnore i switch between both every time i upgrade. first iphone was 5, then got a htc one, then iphone 7plus, then s10+. both OS are super easy to use

I have an s10+ and omg the 8gb of ram its incredible and the snapdragon 855 chipset its just mad fast and the battery is amazing

Neither I'm still rocking the S9. I'll end up with a S11 no doubt or whatever Huawei is offering in 2020. Android for phones and Ipad for tablet. Best of both worlds.

Guy Scott I’m hearing Samsung plan to put a larger Camera Sensor in the S11, so bigger sensor, better image quality. Only thing I don’t like about my S9 is the battery life is pants. I have to put it on Medium power saving mode to get it through the day.

Great review.... I am an iPhone User and decided to switch to the G10+ because of the latest news of iPhones quality vs. Samsung. In addition, I HATE that you cannot use other accessories with the iPhones because they are "not recognized" most of the time. I just bought my S10+ last night and it is hard trying to get used to a different phone. This review that you did inspired me to keep and try the S10+ longer (Costco's - where I bought it for a great price - gives their members 90 days to try it out).

Why do you youtubers always dim the brightness on the xs max when doing a comparison vs Samsung phones? I know for a fact that the xs max is a lot brighter than what you’re showing. Sakitech does the same bs. Quit it.

I have them both. Love the S10 all the way. But the I Phone is also a beast. Apple feels more premium in the hand to me and of course zero lag and so damn fast. At the end of the day they are both great. Just comes down to personal taste. If you are lucky enough to be able to buy one of these. Then just be happy with that fact.

I thought that too when I had both an S7 Edge and iPhone 7. But I found out that I prefer wireless bluetooth headphones for daily use vs corded ones that always get tangled up.

You say the S10+ fingerprint reader wasn't great, but you aren't supposed to hold your finger on it like that. A simply tap and move unlocks mine 100% of the time. (That, or maybe you didn't add it the way you hold it. Both are possibilities). Also, the faceid means anyone can grab your phone and just hold it over your face while you're sleeping. With a fingerprint, you're much more likely to feel someone grab your hand to place it on your phone. Just my opinion though! Really, I just prefer the accessibility and customization options of Galaxy phones (even though I've had an iPhone my whole life until the S10+) :)

It hurts me to know how amazing are the features on Samsung and yet I will go with the Xs Max. The software and apps that I have invested in since long are my main reasons. Good on Samsung and Android though for creating such a competition and for raising up the standard 👍🏽

My friend had some issues with the inscreen fingerprint sensor. I however had NONE, I helped her out and she hasn't had any problems since. The fingerprint sensor even works with a wet finger.

In my opinion , if Android would have the iOS fluidity ,it will be perfect. Otherwise,if iOS would have the Android characteristics like multitasking, widget and some like this,it will be perfect too. Both operating system has own magic and both could learn from each other.

I tried every launcher I could find and I ended up going back to one UI. It's just fresh and simple while not being simple at all at the same time. It's like it can be complicated and complex if you want it too be.

I've got a nice crisp 4k landscape picture with black bark on a tree covering the cutout. The phone looks full screen it's clean and I just have a row of apps on the dock, Google transparent search bar and a clean date widget at the top

Your not meant to hold your finger down on the fingerprint reader on the s10 just tap it quickly and it works more efficiently
