I have the S21 Ultra and I love my phone! Unless you have an older phone than the S21 Ultra, I don't see the point in upgrading. I could trade in my S21 Ultra for the S22 Ultra on the Samsung website and pay $200 but really, what's the point? I'd just be paying for a phone I already have. And I've never been a fan of the Note phones. Plus I don't use the S Pen much. So I'm sticking with my S21 Ultra. Love your video! Thank you for the information!

Nice well done video! we must not forget the S21 ultra has 16GB of RAM and S22 only 12GB. In long term, I guess this must be taken into account.

Yes im going to get a s21 ultra for now. Until i see a better s23 ultra maybe I'll upgrade . we'll see.

I received a phone call while I was making comment about your channel earlier and it was cut short LOL. The 21 ultra cameras are amazing! I've been using them to shoot my garden videos which are all amateur, along with earlier videos on the Mate 20 x. Since the pandemic started, and I needed to remain in my fortress of solitude. For a while. It's been really healthy outlet aside from maybe drinking a couple extra beers ✌️🍺

9:47 The reason the 2x zoom was removed on the S22 Ultra, is that on the S21 Ultra it was using digital zoom, which made it look horrible

If your in a low signal strength area the s22 ultra has a much better modem. I just upgraded and I'm in a rural area and with same provider I get around -110 db compared to -120 db (lower is better, negative numbers and all) which means I haven't had a call drop yet.

I prefer the S22U because I'm a previous owner of the note series (N4, N5, N7, N8, N9, and the N10 plus. I enjoy the squared off or boxy anesthetics of the note series, along with the sPen being implemented into the galaxy S22U device. I think it was a great merge for Note lovers and some galaxy S series lovers. Great comparison video of features and benefits for both the S21 and S22U devices. Overall, it was good content and very informative 💯💯💯

anyway,no reason to upgrade,contrast can set in any second and more natural is on s21 ,if like darker,no problem a sec and done. and video is better on s21 ,its more sharper,on s22 some lags again with sharpening like on previous s20. 😉and if talk about 100x zoom,its absolutely unusable ,even 20 or 30x zoom its not natural.

I SEE NO POINT TO UPGRADE TO S22 ULTRA.. BOTH HAVE THE SAME CAMERA SETUP ONLY I DON'T SEE ANYTHING TO UPGRADE TO THE S22 ULTRA.. BOTH ONLY HAVE THE SAME CAMERA CONFIGURATION THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THE PROCESSOR THE REST EVERYTHING IS THE SAME UNTIL THE DISPLAY BOTH HAVE 6.8 120HZ

I actually preferred the s21 ultra design this time around when they fused the S and Note series. Because its called "S" i expected the curves will be retained but all the Note feautes in it.

S21 ultra 100% I had the s22 3 days and return it cuz s22 ultra I had the internet was glitching,I also lost calls, wifi wasn't working on the s22 ultra was disappointed when I open the gallery it closes also speaker sucks so yea went to my s21 ultra, I think s21 ultra has better display 100%

I have S20 Ultra, 21 Ultra 16/512 and getting my 22 Ultra 512 tomorrow. Sold my Note 20 Ultra recently and honestly, they’re all the same phone. I’ll be selling off another soon but the 21 Ultra feels so much better to hold while I really love the screen on the 20 Ultra. Getting superior battery life on the S20 U over the 21 U and Note 20 U as well. Think I’ll be keeping the S20 U and selling the 21 U. Great video, I subscribed.

Smart man i did the same i kept my S20 Ultra 512gb and sold off my S10 Plus then bought the S22 Ultra 1TB model. I'm loving both my new s22 ultra and my S20 Ultra

@@ChemicalCorpse91 awesome. S20 Ultra is still a boss. I actually prefer it over the S22 Ultra but the 22U has the longevity to Android 16. Keeping both as well.

@@JubileeRM yeah same here i actually prefer the s20 ultra over the s22 ultra the only thing i like better about the s22 ultra is the brighter screen and the longer software update support but other then that i like s20 ultra better mainly for the micro sd card expansion, the bigger screen and the feel of the phone in my hands

@@joessepirangel7744 nahhh i think the S20 Ultra and the S10 Plus were the best phones ever made. The s21 was a bust for me for the lack of micro sd card expansion. Atleast with the S22 ultra they gave us a 1tb model the s21 Ultra only tapped at 512gb but no micro sd expansion which sucks

You reviewers are all not telling the truth, you people always hyping new devices. I got s21u and s22u but s21u is far better in terms of camera the s22u takes a very dark pictures and blurry when zoomed

The ergos are far better on the S21 Ultra. Traded mine in for an S22 Ultra and paid around $300 for a 512GB Unlocked model. The camera improvements are nice but the better battery and comfort in the hand give the best value to the S21 Ultra. They charge in almost the same time. S21U had 1-2 hours more SOT. Cameras on both are great but the difference is not massive. They both will have several more OS and security updates. I wouldn't do anything differently if I was doing it all again, but if a friend or family member asked me which one, I'd say the older phone. Edit: I will add the S21U can also reverse wireless charge while charging while the S22U will not.

The S22U does reverse wireless charge, you have to enable powershare icon in the drop down menu.

@@masterbrice again, it will not do wireless power share when the phone is charging. The S21 Ultra could be plugged in, and charge other devices via powershare, but the S22 Ultra cannot.

@@masterbrice no I didn't. "The S21U can also reverse wireless charge WHILE CHARGING while the S22U will not." Yes. I have tried it with both phones. You cannot reverse wireless charge with the S22 Ultra plugged in and charging. Try it yourself before trying to correct someone.

I think the 1tb option and the brighter screen is worth getting the s22 ultra over the s21 Ultra. The s21 ultra only caps at 512gb....... not enough storage for me

@@JoaoFernandesPT I store alot of Videos, Music and Documents especially when i go somewhere that has bad signal and no internet. My phone is my main and only computer and do everything on it so i need all the storage i can get on the fly. 128gb is most definitely not enough for me lol

I like that samsung trying to improve the low light video but still can't match the competition on video lowlight. And photos are great in low light but not in extreme dark situations. I wish they copied huawei what they did with the p40 pro in extreme dark night situations.

Although the s22 ultra is a better phone, it's not worth getting, unless you own the s21 ultra, I don't see a reason to upgrade, but the iPhone 13 Pro Max definitely improved in terms of detail and video quality after software updates! Even though I shot these KZfaq videos with my 13 pro max, it had never disappointed me with the quality!
