There is no way an android can keep up with speeds after 2 years of usage. I was a galaxy s21 user and I can tell that phone was lagging after 1 year. My wife on the other hand is a iPhone 12 Pro user and her phone still running fine. No lagging on her device. The real test would be in between the iPhone 13 Pro Max against the Galaxy S21 Ultra after almost 3 years of usage.

@@edersonperin1813 i’m an apple guy, and honestly it’s not the whole of android which faces this issue. Specifically s21 ultra with sd888 and s22 ultra with sd8 gen 1 had* those performance deterioration. Yes, most of them have such issue but it’s not as bad as some of the androids which had them.

I still use my 13 pro as my iPhone device. It’s such a great phone. I recommend it to anyone who needs a new phone but doesn’t want to spend all that money on a 15 pro. You’re really not missing out on too much. The 120 hz is a must for me but I guess it doesn’t matter to the aVeRaGe cOnSUmEr. They really should give the 16 regular 90hz at least

People always think that Samsung's One UI is a light weight fast and smooth UI, it's not. Samsung has definitely improved it over the years, but it's very heavy and the only reason Samsung phone have gotten smother over years is mainly because of very powerful processors. You can still feel the chopiness and jitter in other Samsung phones.

Nick, I never expected this comparison here👍👍 I’m using the 13 pro max and my Mrs the 13 pro since launch. The phones are still running like on the first day. No issues whatsoever. Believe it or not I’m still getting around 8 hours sot. Not bad for a 2.5 year old phone I think. The 13 series are the best models that was released in the recent years imo. Even without dynamic Island and action button etc. I usually upgrade after 2 years but my 13pm is staying until it falls apart. Love it. Both of our phones 💪💪

@@Niasyy that was actually why I stopped back then. The updates had a lot of bugs. But now I want to leave it on the original iOS as I’m planning to keep the phone even if I get a new phone. This is one of the best iPhones ever made.

If you want that buttery smooth and not too snappy s24 ultra just put 1.5x on window animation scale 1.5x on transition animation scale and 1x on animator duration scale and also put the wheel scrolling speed and pointer speed all the way to slow. You're gonna fall in love with the phone again once you see how smooth it gets and it takes its time to scroll sites and to open and close apps. You're welcome.

What's holding back Samsung is swipe gestures in landscape mode. copy apple Samsung please 1 swipe in landscape mode instead of 2 swipe so it's much faster instead of swiping 2 times. But out of the 2 of them s24 ultra for sure.

A lot of background apps still open and running. He does not close any app or clear ram before the benchmarks and that basically gives a stress test comparison if compared to ambient conditions.

@@lukabosnjak3829 not really. There are many games such as asphalt 9 more optimised for androids and every iphone lags in that particular game (almost unplayable) in stress tests (gps + 4k video streaming + 5g cellular etc.)

@lukabosnjak3829 You are out of the loop then. Looks at comparisons of the s24u vs iphone 15 pro max. The iphone starts lowering screen brightness way sooner and much lower. It also starts to lag and stutter while the s24u was brighter screen and a smooth experience.
