1.Can you do continuous measurements for the following heart rate, sp02, and temperature after and before the update? 2. Can you take the temperature without an app now? 3. Is sleep tracking more accurate? if you have an apple watch (it's best from all the smartwatches out) you could wear both at night

Hi, 1. You can continuously measure heart rate and stress measurement, but you can only manually measure Sp02, and it measures during sleep tracking. 2. No, it only measures temperature during sleep, and as you know, you can download an app to take temperature reading. 3. I haven't noticed any significant improvements in terms of data. Also I haven't tried the apple watch recently. I hope that that helps.
