Pacer gets the group to 3k at 8:03 instead of 8:02 with 64 sec laps and non track announcer can't say anything positive, just that they are slightly behind. That's excellent pacing, dude.

His second 5k was 13:18. I seriously believe him and Salazar are doing some shady things behind the scenes. They should look into Mo too. Salazar seems like he’d do whatever it takes to take his athletes to the next level.

the guy can smile easily, walk comfortably, and is not too much tired after a 10.000m en 26'44 and a last 400m near to by a sprint (for a long distance runner)... I don't understand : does it mean that he could have done better ??? ;-)

Plus A when you've pushed yourself pretty hard in training and in workouts you don't have to keel over after a hard race effort to get air. You can be physically tired and not able to give anymore but being able to jog is not a concern.
