⛰️ The Défago gallery is a passage cut into the rock of the cliff opposite Champéry. It allows a 1 to 2 hour walk under the Dents du Midi with a very nice view on the village of Champéry.
It's an easy walk that suits the whole family.

⛰️ The Défago gallery is an excellent idea for a short hike in Champéry in the Val d'Illiez (Valais / Switzerland).
The walk to be done in good weather is in the form of a loop of 2.8 km for a little over an hour of walking. From the parking of the cable car of Champéry the walk lasts 4.2 km for about 2 hours.
The hike passes by the "Organic Adventure Park" and then goes up the Défago gallery, a path carved in the vertical rock face.
You can then enjoy a magnificent view of the village of Champéry, the summit of the cable car at the Croix de Culet, the Val d'Illiez and the Vaud Alps. (Tour d'Aï, Tour de Mayen, Leysin and the Gros Van).
We then arrive at the restaurant of the Rives canteen which allows us to return to the starting point by descending the Rives valley under the Dents du Midi.
